New Recipes for you to try and a way for your SAVE RECIPES! 🍗 🌿

Hi Reader!

I hope this past week was full of fun for you and your family.

This week's email includes new recipes and more updates about what is happening on the website, which benefits you!

The internet is full of amazing recipes. Don't get me wrong, I still love physical cookbooks and I have handwritten recipe cards in my family that I will NEVER part with - but when it comes to finding something new to cook, the internet is where it's at.

…but the internet is also confusing and sometimes you forget all of those awesome recipes you want to try, which is why I'm excited to share a new feature on A Sweet Thyme. You can now save recipes! It's super easy (and totally free to do too!)

Here's how to use the new SAVE feature! On any recipe on my site, you can click the pink “SAVE” button on the recipe card…

…or you can click the green heart in the bottom corner of your screen.

To find the recipes you have saved, click the icon underneath the heart to sign into your account (or to sign up for a new account!) All of your saved recipes will be under bookmarks.

As mentioned before, you can also share the recipe to Pinterest, Facebook, Yummly, Flipboard, and more by using the icons on the left side of a post.

You can also search for more recipes and share your saved recipes with friends! That's it. I hope you enjoy the new ways to share and save A Sweet Thyme's recipes!

Mother's Day is coming. Are you ready? These gifts on Food52 are terrific if your Mom loves to cook.

I also found that the ice cream attachment for your Kitchenaid mixer is currently on sale.

Hearts Of Palm Salad With A Zesty Lime Dressing

Skip the greens and whip up this colorful and zesty, Hearts Of Palm And Avocado Salad instead! Made with bright, fresh ingredients and drizzled with a creamy lime dressing, this easy salad makes for a delicious side dish or refreshing lunch.

Made with healthy ingredients and no added sugars, this Hearts of Palm salad is a delicious meal on its own or as a side dish.

During the summer, this salad is a great way to use up tomatoes from the garden and give your table a pop of color.

Though the salad contains minimal ingredients, it’s easy to vary depending on what you’re enjoying that day. Whip up a big batch of this salad and enjoy the fresh, uplifting flavor it brings to your day.

Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ready in just a few minutes this Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette is the perfect addition to salads or meat marinades! Tangy but with a hint of sweetness it has a balance of flavors and brings an uplift to anything it’s drizzled over.

Making your own salad dressings is a healthy swap that’s easy to implement… especially when they taste as great as this one! This apple cider vinaigrette dressing is a go-to dressing for any salad.

Keep it on hand throughout the year and you’ll find yourself using it on fresh garden salads as well as soaking chicken or shrimp before cooking.

Until next time, enjoy the warm weather! If it's unseasonal where you are, then bring in the sunshine, dream big, and don't forget to have fun in the kitchen!

See you next week!
